Pause for a while to look within you, look around you for evidence. Contemplate what's inhibiting you, from life full of exuberance. Toil on the findings meticuliously, for the existence that you perceive. Eliminate whats detrimental to you, preserving the integrity you conceive. Liberate yourself from the prison of thoughts that bring guilt, resentment and anxiety.
